Philip Archer - Producer
Studio Owner, Managing Director, Head Engineer

He quickly became known as the go-to provider of high-quality jingles and music beds, thanks for his extensive experience as a musician and performing artist with local bands, which began as a teenager. With the acquisition of Longbow Communications in 2007, Crucial Productions has expanded to become a full service audio and video production house, providing a range of services to local, regional and international clients. His facility at Pine Road now includes a soundstage, green screen and live broadcast capabilities.
Phil has produced over a dozen Addy Award winning television and radio commercials and sat on judging and conference panels at conventions and conferences. She is the producer of a microbudget feature film, shot in Barbados and Chicago, which won the Audience Award at Reelworld Festival in Toronto in 2011, where she was named one of their Emerging 20 producers, the only non-Canadian selected. In 2013, she wrote, co-produced and directed her own short film, Auntie, which was one of five films selected from 800 applications from 53 countries, for development by the Commonwealth Foundation and B3 Media in the UK. She is the co-producer of a feature film in development with Canadian director Dawn Wilkinson, which has been shortlisted for NSI First Features 2015.
